From time to time I manage to find useful tools on the internet. Wordle is one I've been "test driving" lately and I really like how easy it is to use. It allows you to create "word clouds", which can then be used (at least this is how I used it) in Power Point presentations. I recently preached (Listen to "The Lens of History" here or get the study guide here) on Moses from Exodus 2 and created a "word cloud" to use as the background for the title slide in my Power Point. i thought it turned out well and gave me a unique background.


It was an easy to use web site. I just pasted my sermon text into the text box on the Wordle page and it created the word cloud. You can change fonts and color schemes with just a couple of clicks. Even for a non-technogeek like me it was a snap.
