This week was just about a wash in my sports world. The Redskins lost, leaving them well back in the pack hunting for a playoff spot. They are at best a wild card entrant in the playoffs. They didn't lose because they "didn't execute" or because their QB was horizontal as much as he was vertical (alright already with the sports clichés . They lost primarily because they scored fewer points than the Dallas Cowboys.

On the other hand, the SEC accused Dallas Mavericks' owner Mark Cuban of insider trading. that sort of makes up for the 'Skins' loss. Cuban redefined "obnoxious" as owner of a major sports franchise.

So..... this sports week is just about a wash.
