My thesis was "Toward a Framework for a Cultural Hermeneutic", on cultural exegesis. Michael's was "The End of the World as We Know It: Alternative Models of Church for the 21st Century".
I'll write more about a terrific weekend but or now, as I said on the dedication page of mine: This time I'm done. Really.

Congratulations again. Mom and Dad were bustin' buttons when I called them. My kids want to know which is proper, Dr. Uncle Alan or Uncle Dr. Alan.

How very exciting! Many Congrats! I bet you can't believe the work is finally over! It'll take a while for it to set in. My brother-in-Law went to Gordon-Conwell. I was on that campus 20+ years ago for their wedding.
